The Farm & Country policy is delivered through our bespoke online quotation facility. This system is unique to AGRi Insurance Services and is purposely designed to produce farm quotations with maximum efficiency and minimum fuss. We have partnered with Ecclesiastical, who are synonymous with quality as the capacity provider to ensure we provide a quality product. 

Product features

Standard Inclusions

• Retail sale of home grown produce including sales at farmers markets
• Bed and breakfasts
• Private shoots of up to a maximum of 10 days per annum (not advertised or operated for profit)
• Letting of land for camping/caravanning to maximum of 5 pitches
• School visits and farm open days excluding tourist attractions and open farms
• Charity events fetes and barn dances on the premises as fundraising events for up to 150 people
• Residential property letting (for properties insured under this policy) with a maximum turnover of £50,000.
  
  

Farm Property

• Cattle passports included if section 1b selected
• Contractors Interest Clause- notification of interest of contractor or sub-contractor noted
• Contract works cover up to £100,000 included
• Green Clause – up to 10% / £50,000 following damage to building to reduce harm to environment / improve energy efficiency
• Hired in Plant –inclusion for up to £20,000
• Inadvertent omission to insure. Maximum £500,000 any one building
• Up to additional £50,000 asbestos debris removal
• Bequeathed property – included up to £250,000 or 10% of buildings sum insured (whichever is lowest).
  
  

Equipment Breakdown

• Option to include business interruption.
  
  

Public Liability

• Financial loss included up to £100,000
• £10 million limit of indemnity as standard.
  
  

Legal Expenses

• Family legal protection included as standard for owner occupied dwellings. (Commercial legal protection available).
  
  

Environmental Impairment Liability

• Automatic inclusion of £2 million indemnity.
